We want your experience to be the best possible from conception to delivery.We can also build a complete bike to your exact specification as well as matching to your exact physical dimensions.


ORDERING

ZEROFOUR offers you three simple ways to order:

1) Call us to order and we will take all your details over the phone in person.

2) Choose the model of frame and submit the order form with your details and requests. We will then contact you to confirm your order and learn more about you and your requirements.

3) Make an appointment and visit us for a free standard fitting when we will take the opportunity and discuss the options available to you. Once your order has been accepted we will send you a detailed drawing of your new frame for your approval prior to commencing the build.


PAYMENT OPTIONS
Once your order has been accepted we will require a 50% deposit prior to commencing work on  your build.We accept cash, cheques, credit and debit cards in addition to bank transfers.DELIVERY TIME.Whilst we endeavour to work to an eight week delivery, be aware that this can extend to twelve weeks at busy periods.
